About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Operator to join our Systems Integration team at Viasat. As a CAD Operator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our Energy clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed CAD drawings for various departments
  • Collaborate with project engineers to prioritize and manage CAD drawing completion
  • Maintain and control the drawing office database using Microsoft Access
  • Convert drawings to DXF, DGN, and PDF formats as required
  • Provide internal and external support for CAD services
  • Archive completed project drawings
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of HNC level in a relevant technical subject
  • Be proficient in the latest AutoCAD release
  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
