About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in various settings, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals in their own homes, residential settings, or community environments.
