Retail Solutions and Implementation Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Solutions and Implementation Planner to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing retail strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent the needs of retail outlets to category teams and develop activation plans to be executed at outlet level.
  2. Increase brand presence in retail outlets by working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager, Account Team, Retail Sales Team, and Retail Operations Team to identify and convert key opportunities.
  3. Support key strategic retail PPOS projects in all activities.
  4. Work with the Retail team to understand key strategic priorities and PPOS opportunities to support the expansion of products in new outlets/retail sectors.
  5. Develop strategies, plans, tactics, and cost business and marketing activities to be executed through the retail channel (at outlet level) and update and manage allocated budgets.
  6. Understand the UK retail market, key trends, shopper behaviour, opportunities, and constraints and input into strategy for the retail channel.
  7. Tailor brand advertising, PPOS, POS, and communication materials where appropriate to maximise support from Retailers, where there is a proven ROI.
  8. Ensure relevant marketing materials and POS are produced and sent to the right outlets in line with agreed timescales.
  9. Measure the effectiveness of in-store initiatives.
  10. Input into budget process and ensure retail channel activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
  11. Proven knowledge of retail PPOS design and manufacturing.
  12. Proven consumer insight-based marketing planning.
  13. Knowledge of the retail marketplace.
