Planner/Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing

Location: Hertford
Salary up to £29k
Full-Time, Permanent position

We are working with a leading UK contractor to find experienced and proactive Repairs Planners/Schedulers to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hertford.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage calls on the system and ensure timely responses
  2. Coordinate operatives' diaries and schedules
  3. Perform general administration tasks
  4. Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance requests
  5. Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
  6. Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients
  7. Document control - ensure worksheets are received and checked
  8. Work towards individual and client KPIs
  9. Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works
  10. Track and monitor to completion
  11. Liaise with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, and logistics, and reorganise schedules
  12. Organise external supply companies
  13. Ensure all trades are ready and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates
  14. Work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
