We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategic marketing efforts for our EarlyPay business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive incremental revenue growth for EarlyPay, both within our existing customer base and through overseas expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for EarlyPay, working closely with sales and product teams to deliver against pipeline, order, and revenue targets.
- Drive the development and execution of key marketing programs that grow incremental revenue for EarlyPay, primarily within the existing Access Group customer base and supporting overseas expansion.
- Craft compelling messaging and content for our EarlyPay key target segments and develop strong propositions.
- Gain in-depth understanding of the buying process and buyer DNA to execute relevant sales enablement and nurture programs that improve conversion rates.
- Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders through frequent, consistent, and effective interaction.
- Act as the trusted, go-to-person for EarlyPay marketing.
- Develop sector knowledge to build and execute multi-channel marketing programs to drive lead generation and improve win rates.
- Develop programs to engage our EarlyPay customer base to launch new capabilities and drive activation among end users.
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a software business.
- Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling marketing propositions and translating these into engaging sales enablement programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate product information into customer outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience of implementing successful marketing programs and lead generation campaigns using a wide variety of media and mediums.
