Regional Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Reassured Limited. As a key member of our Learning and Development function, you will be responsible for delivering induction, sales development training, conduct and compliance training, and coaching to our sales teams across the UK.
As a Regional Learning and Development Specialist, you will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure the implementation and compliance of Consumer Duty requirements. You will also be responsible for creating and updating training materials, conducting development reviews and coaching sessions, and managing eLearning through our Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and compliance of Consumer Duty requirements
- Deliver induction training to new hires
- Support and guide sales agents from induction to probation
- Create and update training materials as required
- Conduct development reviews and coaching sessions
- Manage eLearning through our Learning Management System
- Project work as required by the Head of Learning and Development
Requirements:
- Intermediate IT ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sales theory
- Leadership and management practices
- Protection Insurance product knowledge (desirable)
- FCA Regulations (desirable)
- Learning and coaching practices
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Expert in coaching and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across different functions
- Proven ability to create engaging training material using a range of blended learning methods
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis
Essential Experience:
- Experience of working successfully in a fast-paced, targeted, and regulated telephone sales environment
- Reporting into a HR or Team People function while working collaboratively with a sales operation
- Team player but with the ability to achieve individual success
- Demonstrable success in a demanding yet rewarding learning and development function
Desirable Experience:
- Insurance or financial service sales
- Leadership development training
- Working within an FCA regulated environment
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- CIPD Level 3 or TAPS qualified trainer (desirable)
