About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people and ensuring their safety and well-being during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our young people with their daily needs, including personal care and medication
  • Monitor and respond to any incidents or emergencies that may arise during the night shift
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
