As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team of specialists and key workers who actively enable each young person to achieve their personal best in an environment that best suits them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family
  • Encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs or day centres
  • Safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm
  • Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home when the children are not present
