As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family, encourage them to integrate with the local community, and support them in all aspects of their daily living.

Our children come to us with a range of needs and difficulties, and our challenge is to help them build the hope, confidence, knowledge, and skills to unlock their potential. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team of specialists and key workers who actively enable each young person to achieve their personal best in an environment that best suits them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our children to maintain and develop relationships with friends and family
  • Encourage them to integrate with the local community by attending clubs or day centres
  • Safeguard vulnerable children and report any suspicion or evidence of harm
  • Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home when the children are not present
