**Job Summary**

Rev & Regs is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Romford, Essex. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling their insurance requirements with professionalism and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Handle Client Inquiries**: Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • **Process Insurance Claims**: Accurately process insurance claims, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premiums.
  • **Maintain Accurate Records**: Ensure that all client records are up-to-date and accurate, including documentation and data input.
  • **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with senior staff and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of client inquiries.
  • **Meet Performance Targets**: Meet or exceed performance targets, including productivity and quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • **Customer Service Experience**: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • **Insurance Knowledge**: Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices, including claims handling and policy administration.
  • **Administrative Skills**: Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
