About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Consultant at Paul Smith. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting the Paul Smith brand image and culture, and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients through the sales ceremony, greeting, discovering, proposing, closing, and client follow-up to provide a memorable customer experience.
  • Keeping customers up-to-date with any Paul Smith activity, collaborations, and shop events to ensure they are fully engaged with the Paul Smith brand.
  • Providing an 'above and beyond' experience to ensure unique customer interaction, resulting in a high level of repeat business throughout the shop.
  • Maximizing all sales and customer opportunities, with a financial reward driving you to meet and exceed personal sales targets, in turn driving the store's KPI and sales performance.
  • Taking initiative and care with stock-related duties, including delivery processing, customer orders, store-to-store transfers, end-of-season returns, and stocktakes.
  • Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping are kept to the company's desired standard, both on and off the shop floor.
  • Using in-store technology, such as the store iPad, to enhance the client experience and till systems to efficiently process transactions and payments from clients, as well as undertaking end-of-day till procedures when necessary.

About You:

You should be smart in appearance, have individual flair, and be interested and knowledgeable about current trends in music, arts, and culture. You should also be motivated, confident, and collaborative, with a flexible and reliable approach.

  • Experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work towards individual sales targets.
  • Keen to learn and share product knowledge with customers and the team.
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping and visual standards.
