We are seeking passionate and sales-driven brand ambassadors to join our team at Thomas Sabo. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our unique and expressive jewellery and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and pricing
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the premium retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A passion for our brand and products, with a desire to promote them to customers
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
