Care Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team in London Bridge. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our Care Professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and their Care Professionals for support visits and provide guidance and support as needed
- Train new members of the team on new equipment and procedures
- Organise and attend meetings with clients and their families to review care plans and ensure their needs are met
- Provide supervision and coaching to Care Professionals to ensure they are feeling supported and confident in their roles
- Attend team meetings to share best practice and brainstorm solutions to care-related challenges
Requirements
- Experience in a care-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Good understanding of person-centred care and its positive impact on quality of life
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
