Scope-Medical Recruitment is in search of a dedicated Speech Pathologist to become part of a well-respected healthcare organization. This established practice serves a diverse community, providing a variety of General Practice and Allied Health services.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role within a collaborative team, delivering exceptional patient care and managing a caseload of up to 50 patients daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment strategies for individuals facing speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
- Implement evidence-based practices and monitor patient development to guarantee successful treatment results.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and enhance patient wellness.
- Keep precise and current patient documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or equivalent qualifications recognized in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in providing speech pathology services in a clinical environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on professional development.
- Capacity to adjust and meet the varied needs of patients.
