About the Role

Eciavic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy services in various settings, including homes, educational settings, and the community, to maximize a child's functional skills and participation.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication skills, mealtime safety, and overall health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with children, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to set and achieve goals.
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers on strategies to promote communication and overall health and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and their families.
  • Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Competency in various IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
  • Australian driver's license and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel as required.
