About the Role

Yooralla is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Melbourne's South & East Regions. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to adults with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community, aimed at maximising a person's participation in daily life and promoting physical health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with people with disabilities, their families, and support teams to set and achieve goals.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans, using a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
  • Provide education and support to individuals, families, and carers to promote independence and community participation.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology.
  • Graduate or within 2 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Australian driver's license and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel within the region.
