Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team as a Virtual SLP. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States, providing speech therapy services to clients through our secure online platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' communication goals and objectives.
  • Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions using our innovative online platform and materials, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring seamless communication with our team and clients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy, with a strong focus on telepractice and online therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cross-licensure in multiple states highly favored.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups, including children, adults, and seniors.
  • Familiarity with online therapy platforms and technology, with a strong understanding of best practices in telehealth.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice, staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.
