Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be essential in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.

  • Delivering warm hospitality and outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Assisting at reception and providing insights about the hostel and surrounding area, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage sales and service.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all guests.
  • Helping in food preparation and serving meals with genuine warmth and hospitality, enhancing the overall guest experience.
