Your Role: Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be essential in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality, regardless of your background or experience.
Your Duties Include:
- Delivering warm hospitality and outstanding customer service to all customers, members, and guests.
- Managing reception duties and providing insights about the hostel and local attractions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
- Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage sales and service.
- Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all guests.
