Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire financial cycle, from bookkeeping and month-end closing to financial reporting and analysis.
  • Work with the owner to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee internal controls and ensure financial compliance.
  • Stay up to date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years experience in an SME.
  • Financially savvy individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Team player who can build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
