Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all digital platforms for the business from a front-end sales, marketing, and customer experience perspective.
  • Drive our online presence, manage e-commerce platforms, and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.
  • Proactively lead initiatives for the website, search marketing, apps, email marketing, and other relevant digital platforms to provide a consistently engaging customer experience.
  • Responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies, managing relevant developers and suppliers, data analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and CMS platforms such as Magento, WordPress, and AI portals.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
  • Effective organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
