Job Title: Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist

At REPA, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving our online presence, managing e-commerce platforms, and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing content team to analyze and improve content marketing performance across various channels.
  • Enhance digital marketing efforts for our marketplace sales portals, including online reviews, feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing on key performance metrics related to ecommerce platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Develop innovative features for digital platforms to ensure alignment between front-end marketing efforts and back-end IT operations.
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of digital channels to meet sales, marketing, and customer experience objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
  • Effective organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
