Job Title: Head of Manufacturing Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing Quality Assurance to join our team at Laing O'Rourke's Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of quality inspectors and engineers to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
