Position:
Senior Commercial Lead


4Site Recruitment is a prominent technical construction Main Contractor, excelling in the design, construction, and execution of comprehensive industrial units, storage facilities, and data centre developments.

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Commercial Lead, with a focus on steel frame initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the commercial dimensions of projects, ensuring financial oversight, contract administration, and risk management. You will be instrumental in upholding our high standards and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all commercial functions related to steel frame initiatives.
  • Perform financial assessments and generate reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align project execution with commercial goals.
  • Track project expenditures and enforce cost control strategies.


Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Commercial Lead within the construction sector, specifically with steel frame projects for a Main Contractor.


  • In-depth understanding of contract law and commercial practices.
  • Exceptional financial insight and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Competitive salary range (based on experience and qualifications): £80,000 - £100,000 plus benefits.
