About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our Isla restaurant team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are served promptly and to the highest standard.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring that guests receive prompt and attentive service.
  • Upsell and promote our menu and drinks offerings to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other drinks.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
