Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality safety services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Based in Birmingham, you will work closely with our team to deliver projects that include demolition, education, environmental, highways, inner city builds, power, and rail. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with bidding and proposal writing
  • Overseeing infrastructure projects for current and prospective clients
  • Delivering project deliverables
  • Working closely with the Birmingham team on projects and delivery as part of the national team

We are looking for an individual with a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject. Your experience should include working with large-scale projects in highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water. You will also be responsible for delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews, as well as assisting with project setup for new and existing clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £45k - £55k plus benefits and support with training, development, and promotion. Our hybrid working policy allows for flexibility and a good work-life balance.
