As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the running of response and maintenance works on site, ensuring that the work is completed on time, to the required quality and cost.

  • Organise workload, labour planning, and plant and material orders.
  • Ensure compliance with our company's policy and procedures on Health & Safety and CDMs.
  • Communicate costs, progress, and variances back to surveyors and management regularly.
  • Carry out effective inductions to the direct and subcontractor workforce.

You will be customer-centric in your approach to monitoring productivity with site teams, subcontractors, and clients, and will value maintaining excellent relationships internally and externally.

  • Engage and motivate a workforce (including direct labour and subcontractors) to maximise productivity and meet the required standards.
  • Utilise strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
