About the Role:
BMS Performance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the export market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth in the export market
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in export sales or business development
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultures
- Ability to travel internationally (50%+ of the time)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
