BMS Performance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the export market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth in the export market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in export sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of global markets and cultures
  • Ability to travel internationally (50%+ of the time)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
