Job Description

As a Manager within our Tech Transformation Practice, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the increasingly complex and regulated Wealth and Asset Management industry. You will be responsible for leading projects and workstreams, overseeing the delivery of key client work items, and ensuring the quality and value of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workstreams within large-scale technology transformation programmes
  • Develop and implement effective project management and delivery strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our practice and the growth of our business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes within the Wealth and Asset Management sector
  • Strong understanding of the WAM value chain and traditional asset classes
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
