Job Overview

We are seeking a Community Programmes Manager for Youth, Community, & Great Outdoors to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will lead and develop a positive, motivated, and committed team delivering high-performing front-line youth, community, and great outdoors services across Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management of the service delivery teams in the specified service delivery area, managing, supporting, motivating, involving, engaging, and supporting their front-line delivery staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, partners, and local authorities, to promote our services and achieve mutual benefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing best practices and expertise to drive organisational excellence.
