Risk Management Specialist

At Turner & Townsend Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graduate Safety Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated risk management solutions across portfolios, programmes, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading risk commissions, including the management of teams, to identify, assess, and prioritize threats, opportunities, and issues.
- Facilitating and working with a range of companies and stakeholders to maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points and facilitate risk cost profiling.
- Monitoring overall risk exposure and assessing against the remaining risk budget and timeline.
- Proactively managing the completion of management responses and working with the supply chain to assess contractor responsibility risks.
- Producing and presenting fit-for-purpose risk reports to support the effective communication of threat & opportunity status and required senior management action.
- Conducting quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency and time risk allowance levels.
- A strong knowledge of Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessments and Quantitative Cost Risk Assessments (QRSA's and QRCA's).
- Experience of senior management engagement on risk management and proven experience in a risk delivery role on major projects/programmes or blue-chip companies.
- A working understanding of developing and implementing integrated risk management solutions across portfolios, programmes, and projects.
- Risk and Scenario Analysis workshop facilitation and a strong understanding of Project Controls methodology and risk management interactions.
