CREATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Our Creative Services team is dedicated to producing compelling and strategic content for marketing initiatives, focusing on social media, digital platforms, broadcast, and out-of-home advertising.

We have a proven track record of collaborating with major studios, independent distributors, television production companies, luxury brands, sports organizations, and live entertainment firms.

Our goal is to connect clients with their audiences through powerful audiovisual creativity that captivates and entertains.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a visionary and resourceful Senior Creative Project Manager to lead projects from conception to completion across various sectors, including theatre, film, and lifestyle marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in producing high-caliber content, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while balancing project management, creative decision-making, revenue generation, and client engagement.

Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. You will lead client presentations, identify new opportunities, and leverage your extensive network of past clients.

  • Translate client needs into creative direction, developing and executing the aesthetic of their content (e.g., animated visuals, online promotions, social media content, press events, digital out-of-home advertising, etc.).
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to enhance creative outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage in creative brainstorming sessions, develop presentations and proposals, and spearhead client pitches.
  • Manage client communications from inception to completion, offering regular updates and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Efficiently oversee multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and other Creative team members to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
  • Address challenges as they arise, proposing solutions to optimize processes.
  • Review and quality-check final outputs to ensure they align with the original brief, specifications, and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare estimates and monitor resources allocated to each project.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Experience

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating engaging audiovisual content within a creative agency, advertising firm, in-house creative team, or post-production environment.

Experience managing projects from start to finish and delivering large-scale campaigns is essential.

A background in news, television, or public relations would be advantageous due to the fast-paced nature of the role, although experience in social marketing will also be considered.
