Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in production or manufacturing. The position entails various tasks such as machine operation, quality control, hand assembly, and completing dispatch and inventory duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in daily briefings with the team leader or supervisor
- Assist in prioritizing tasks within the designated production area
- Operate in a dynamic automotive production environment
- Manage machinery to support the overall production workflow
- Utilize hand tools for component assembly
- Conduct hand assembly of automotive parts
- Perform quality inspections on various components
- Engage in manual handling, including heavy lifting
- Possess a working knowledge of all production sectors and comprehend the systems in use
- Adhere to the company's health and safety protocols at all times
- Comply with all legal and organizational guidelines regarding forklift operation in the warehouse, if applicable
