Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the construction industry or Industrial Manufacturing and related products, with a preference for experience in fasteners.
  • Sales Experience: Experience selling manufactured products.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required within the UK.
