About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Finance Director to join our team at Emtelle. As a key member of our regional management team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and supporting our Senior Management Team in delivering our strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop our UK Finance team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement robust controls and processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary to inform key business decisions
  • Collaborate with our Group Financial Controller to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Design and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk
  • Drive the development and improvement of our ERP system and standard costing systems
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including annual audit and statutory accounts

Requirements:

We are looking for a fully qualified accountant with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. You will be a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for adding value in a successful and growing business.
