Our Growth Strategy:
As we continue to expand our operations globally and enter new markets, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Finance Director to join our Finance Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business performance and supporting our Senior Management Team in delivering our strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the UK Finance team to achieve exceptional performance and drive business growth.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement robust financial planning and analysis processes to inform key business decisions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including annual reporting and audit.
- Internal Controls: Design and implement effective internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- ERP System Development: Develop and improve our ERP system and standard costing systems to add value across all operations.

Requirements:
