About the Role:

The UK Finance Director will be a key member of the UK regional management team, responsible for driving business performance through effective leadership and interpretation of results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the UK Finance team to achieve high performance
  • Developing and implementing a robust controls framework and month-end processes
  • Providing insightful analysis to explain variances to budget/forecast and inform key decisions
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing internal controls to mitigate financial risk
  • Contributing to key decisions of the Senior Management Team across all aspects of the business

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a strong track record of adding value in a growing business. They will be driven, ambitious, and able to contribute strongly to the Senior Management Team.
