About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our specialist Early Intervention in Psychosis Team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating timely and appropriate interventions through mental health nursing for a caseload of service users living in the Bolton area.
  • Working within the framework of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and in line with relevant clinical pathways.
  • Providing support and guidance throughout the recovery journey of individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.
  • Establishing good working relationships with a range of providers, including GPs.
  • Participating in clinical supervision, both as a supervisee and supervisor.
  • Maintaining confidential case records and participating in multi-agency clinical meetings.
