Our client, a reputable organization in the industry, is seeking a skilled HGV / Plant Fitter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:- Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, including servicing, inspections, defect repairs, MOT preparations, and breakdowns, as well as any other work requested by the Manager.
- Demonstrating expertise in heavy vehicle and plant maintenance, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Conducting thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Repairing and replacing defective parts, and performing other necessary maintenance tasks.
- Proven experience in HGV / Plant maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and plant systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
