Job Opportunity

Our client, a reputable company based in the Melton Mowbray area, is seeking a skilled HGV/Plant Fitter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance, including servicing, inspections, defect repairs, and MOT preparations, as well as any other work requested by the Manager.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve operational excellence and meet customer expectations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Diagnosing and repairing defects, and performing MOT preparations.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HGV/Plant Fitter or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
