About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our teams to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports to support business decision-making, working closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are delivered.
  • Design and implement self-service tools to support wider team needs, leveraging various formats to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Manage a portfolio of reports, ensuring timely updates and resolving any issues or errors promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to identify new data requirements and drive project delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as an analyst, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights.
  • Experience in telling stories with data, using SQL for data mining, and driving projects forward to deliver results.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, with a numerate or technical degree (2:1 and above) and Mathematics A Level (or equivalent) Grade A or above.
  • Preferred experience in a retail, e-commerce, or FMCG consumer-facing business, with familiarity with Google's data ecosystem and proficiency in VBA, Python, Tableau, and JavaScript.
