The Queen at Chester Hotel, Premier Collection By Best Western is seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Manager to oversee all hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Hospitality Service Experts in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
- Lead a team of Hospitality Service Experts in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
