About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent at Spicerhaart in Torquay. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

What We Offer

  • On-target earnings of £25,000 in your first year

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

About Your Journey

Your journey as a Trainee Estate Agent will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
