About the Role
Spicerhaart is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join its dynamic team in Torquay. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure repeat business
- Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
- Focus on generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing and leaflet distribution to promote our services
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on building relationships
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new software
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
