About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Torquay. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective canvassing and door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others
  • Basic IT skills and ability to work under own initiative
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
