Sales Negotiator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd.
About the Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our estate agency team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying applicants: You will be responsible for qualifying applicants to our company standards, ensuring that they meet our criteria for sales.
- Negotiating offers: You will negotiate offers with potential buyers, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible price for their property.
- Arranging viewings: You will arrange viewings for potential buyers, ensuring that they have the opportunity to view our clients' properties.
- Booking valuations: You will book valuations for our clients' properties, ensuring that they receive a fair market value.
- Following up on viewings: You will follow up on viewings with potential buyers, ensuring that they have the opportunity to provide feedback on the property.
- Undertaking accompanied viewings: You will undertake accompanied viewings with buyers, ensuring that they have the opportunity to view our clients' properties.
- Booking FS appointments: You will book FS appointments for our clients' properties, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.
- Booking solicitor referrals: You will book solicitor referrals for our clients' properties, ensuring that they receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency environment.
- Full UK driving licence: You will have a full UK driving licence, enabling you to travel to viewings and appointments.
- Ambitious and highly driven: You will be ambitious and highly driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Strong IT skills: You will have strong IT skills, enabling you to use our systems and software effectively.
- Team player: You will be a team player, working closely with our estate agency team to achieve sales targets.
- Good communication skills: You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to communicate effectively with our clients and colleagues.
- Local area knowledge: You will have local area knowledge, enabling you to provide expert advice to our clients.
