About the Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, negotiating sales and viewings, and working closely with our estate agency team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales and viewings with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Viewing Arrangements: Arrange viewings for clients, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: Full UK driving licence and a strong understanding of the estate agency industry.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £21,000 basic salary.
- OTE: £30,000 OTE.
