Real Estate Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our residential sales team in Wymondham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion
Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
