A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Contract Personnel Ltd as a Sales Negotiator in their branch. The successful individual will be enthusiastic and energetic with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. You must have a full UK driving licence and previous experience in a KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone, professionally and politely.
- Qualifying applicants to company standards.
- Arranging viewings and booking valuations.
- Following up on viewings the next day and relaying feedback to the sellers.
- Negotiating offers and undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers.
- Booking FS appointments and solicitor referrals.
Benefits:
- Up to £21,000 basic salary.
- £30,000 OTE.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ambitious and highly driven.
- Strong IT skills.
- A team player.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
