About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Employability team as an Employability Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support and deliver projects and coordination across the department.

The post holder will be responsible for liaising and coordinating team finance, governance, and communication activities, ensuring processes and systems are of a high quality and followed effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with specific employability tasks, such as job and event approvals and student right-to-work checks.
  • Coordinating team finance and governance activities.
  • Developing and implementing projects to support student career development.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and conscientious individual who is passionate about supporting students' career development. The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience of working on collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of using MS office applications and web-content management.
