TeamSport, the UK's leading indoor karting company, is expanding its operations with a new track in High Wycombe. We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Hospitality Team Members.

The Role

As a Customer Service and Hospitality Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our track and in our fuel bar and kitchen. This dynamic role combines high-energy customer service with hands-on hospitality, making it an ideal fit for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trackside (Customer Service):
    • Welcome and register drivers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
    • Conduct pre-race briefings and provide expert tips for an optimal racing experience
    • Assist drivers with their race suits and helmets
    • Marshal the track to ensure customer safety, waving flags and providing assistance as needed
    • Commentate on races and fuel the excitement
    • Upsell merchandise, memberships, events, and food and drink packages
  • Hospitality (Bar & Kitchen):
    • Serve a variety of hot and cold food and drinks to our customers
    • Manage payments and ensure accurate stock control
    • Deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining high hygiene standards
    • Upsell events, promotions, and merchandise to enhance the customer experience
